Don is truly a miracle worker. I wasn’t expecting to get a podcast last week (for obvious reasons), and yet Don pulled off a Christmas miracle by giving the fans a spectacular podcast from Perry’s hospital room. This week I definitely wasn’t expecting a new podcast and yet Don pulls together a New Year’s special! It obviously wasn’t easy to pull together, so I greatly appreciate the effort. I’m listening now and really enjoying it… let 2012 be the year of The Big 3!

Thank you Don and Perry and Mole for taking the time to make this special episode for us fans! It shows us that the BIG 3 really care about us. It’s like getting an extra Christmas gift! Love the photo you posted here of Brody, he looks great with his beard all grown out and that green jacket really brings out his eyes. Has Brody been working out? He looks buffer in this photo.

By the way, on the technical side, this is a m4a file, not an mp3 as per usual. A lot of people might have issues playing it. Any chance of getting a proper mp3 uploading? Also, the tags and files names have been wildly inconsistent for a while now, it makes it difficult to properly organize the shows.

Actually Don, now it’s worse. The file on there says it’s .mp3, but it’s only a 36kb file. If you need tech help, I’d be happy to assist, but someone will need to post an actual mp3 file (preferably encoded from the lossless source file, not transcoded from the .mp4 file). Thanks for the effort!
My understanding is that all the MP3 files that are posted here are transcoded from AAC/MP4. Don sends an AAC/MP4 to Jordan, who then encodes it to MP3 and posts it.
Oh, I see. Well, it’s just spoken word, so I guess there isn’t a huge quality loss by transcoding… but technically an mp3 should be derived from a lossless source file for professional use.
Actually, I just ended up making my own mp3 from the m4a file. I also fixed the problem with the right channel being 14.3db lower in some instances and removed the irritating Brody Stevens chatter seamlessly. I’m satisfied.
Every time I think about hiring Perry for a major development deal, he goes and pulls something unprofessional.
Regardless, a real gem of a podcast.

It seems as if ever since the Scare-Master found out he didn’t have aids it seems that he’s being a bigger ass-hole than usual. Don gets him a show and Scare-Master give Don stress, that doesn’t seem like a fair trade.

If Perry truly needs money, I am willing to pay $5,000 for his Windy City Heat trophy. I collect Hollywood memorabilia and am confident that in time it will be worth at least 5x that amount. So please ask Perry on the next podcast whether he is open to offers on the trophy from fans, as a means of putting money in his pocket if he really needs it. Otherwise, no more cries of poverty from this man.
